We needed a SP and he got Cueto. He also jettisoned Kimbrel and his horrible contract for outfield help in Pollock. Harrison hasn't been a good signing but not even as close to as bad as Leury was but JR, KW, and TLR love Leury so they had to have him back

They had one of the smallest FA budgets in baseball this season. Whne you at like 180 million and van only add 20 million you can't fix anything in FA. The fact that Hahn managed to fix a couple holes with that little of a FA budget is amazing (Cueto)
