Good inning for the Sox to take the 3-2 lead. Saladino double , steals third .Then ANderson drives him in with a single, steals 2nd advances to third when the throw hit him and went into CF . Melky pop out but Abreu gets an infield hit to drive in Timmy . Abreu looks befuddled by Ventura's off speed pitches but managed to barely pull the low outside curve to dribble one up the 3rd base line that knocked in Anderson.

Pretty much the same as every year the Sox are out of the playoff hunt. Might be fans rooting for losses to get a better draft pick than rooting for a win. I could never do that I enjoy every Sox win.

Rodon seems to have found his stride. Hope he can put up close to 200 innings next year.

I love Rodon's competitiveness. It is so good to see him finally the fruits of what he is capable of. Good pitchers take time to develop. Soon he will be able to get that 100 plus pitch count into the 8th, 9th innings.
