NBC News/Megyn Kelly

Featured Replies

I watched her first show last night just to see how it would be. I kept associating her with Fox.

At the end, they teased an interview with Alex Jones, and the clip they used was him calling Newtown fake.

It has caused quite the uproar on Twitter. People calling for the segment to not air, especially on Father's Day.

Part of me wants everyone to see what a lunatic that guy is. Maybe push it back a week. Fathers lost kids on that day so why air on Father's Day.

Imagine your feeling if you were one of those Newtown parents, especially with the timing around Father's Day...that's almost as absurd as connecting Ted Cruz to Lee Harvey Oswald and the JFK assassination.

Boycotting the network..not sure about that. Obviously her past with Fox makes her a lightning rod. Can anyone imagine Brokaw or Brian Williams having Alex Jones on network tv news?

I think it's disgusting, but a great protest is to just not watch. Hopefully enough people and sponsors will do just that. Having the side I disagree with on shouldn't be a big deal, but this guy is another story. She interviewed Putin her first show. What groundbreaking, earth shatterning news was going to break on that one? Was he going to say he has pictures of Trump? Was he going to say he hacked the election? You have a better chance of the Twins saying they really didn't want to draft the guy they draft #1 overall tonight. Hopefully she will ask this guy tough questions, and not let him get away with his BS.

giving that piece of s*** airtime is awful.

You could see in the clip that he almost goes off a on Megyn.

He can't handle being challenged. I won't be watching for sure.

Yeah, have to agree here. Even if 90% of the viewers walk away shaking their head at his lunacy, that 10% who like his ideas and would like to subscribe to his newsletter is what you've got to worry about.

His whole persona was more important to him recently than the ability to see his own kids. In his recent custody trial, his lawyer tried playing his behavior off as a gimmick from an entertainer, but Jones made sure to forcefully denounce that interpretation and say he's 100% behind all of his own nonsense.

He can go on Maury, thats about the level of TV he deserves

That would be a good show, When you said Sandy Hook was staged by actors...............That. Was. A. Lie.

I got a kick out of when he was in court when his ex was using his craziness to gain full custody how for his kids' sake, everyone would leave it alone.

People "sided" with her when Trump was mean to her, but she's been a piece of s*** for a long time.

Alex Jones doesn't want interviewed aired because it'll misrepresent his views. Go to hell b****

Now people are calling for a boycott of the network. Too many boycotts of late.

Why does this guy think Sandy Hook is fake? If this Alex Jones guy is a journalist, it wouldn't be too hard for him to go to the town where the tragedy occurred and find out it actually happened. Is Alex Jones a nut? Mentally disturbed?

Because he's a piece of sh** who has found a niche exploiting mental defectives.

I always wondered about these types of people. It's not that he wakes up every morning and actually believes in this stuff, it's more that he's a professional troll and this is how he stays relevant and gets paid.

The scary part is the current president thinks this guy is great and the former director of the FBI is the nut job.

Nut and disturbed.

He thinks it was staged to push gun control and his reasons are so outlandish, I'm not going to repeat them, other than he thinks the same people who were actors there were at other mass shootings.

This post was edited for violating soxtalk guidelines.

I've actually talked to someone on another message board that says he believes that Sandy Hook, 9/11 and Columbine were all staged/government setups.

Apparently Kelly's ratings were pathetic for the first show with Erin Andrews and I read (don't know if it's true or not) they may try to get Kathy Griffin as a guest.

That would be smart for Griffin IMO.

I have no trust in that nut for his tapes to be legit. He could edit those just as easily as NBC could edit an interview

And "It probably did happen"? Probably? F that dude.

And I would have more respect for her if she promised softball questions, then went at him. He doesn't deserve anyone's respect IMO.

Captain Obvious here with the obvious remark.

Let me get my cape!

After watching the promo of Meghan Kelly's interview with Alex Jones and watching his rebuttal video ... I wouldn't watch Sunday's Kelly TV show if you gave me 500 bucks to do so. They both get what they want out of the deal: exposure. I've seen all I need to see already. She grilled him about thinking all those kids getting killed was a hoax after insisting to him the piece would be all positive making Jones seem like a great dad.

Apparently nobody was watching. A rerun of Americas funniest videos killed Kelly's boring show in the ratings.
