Fair enough. I can appreciate the optimism, but he just seems soooooo far away from the very solid player we saw last year. I want him to make it because he seems like an easy player to root for, but I keep having Gordo flashbacks.

I'm surprised guys like Holland and Shields risk their health at this stage of their lives. Both are set for life financially, but they are so bad they could EASILY take a line drive off the head at any moment. It's not worth it. If they love pitching, go pitch in the independent league like Scott Carroll with KC's TBones.
