I know we had some struggles in AAA but I look back pretty positively on our year in the minors. Kopech, Hansen, Dunning and now jimenez pushed the org to challenge them all year. And guys that were challenged surprisingly like Collins responded big time. On top of that, pretty good year healthwise, which may just be due to amount of prospects. Burdi hurts...but if I had to choose one...

As far as protecting him, he is not an automatic but I would say yes. He's not ready but could somebody snatch him and use him as a lefty reliever for a year ,possibly. If we have room on the roster, we may look at some rule 5s also.
