Not surprised at all by this. The lengths that people go to for college sports is astounding. Something like this seems easy compared to funneling $100,000 to a player, etc.

I love when top college coaches say they had no idea something was happening.  These programs are full out dictatorships, they know everything that did or is happening.

Maybe, but this is a domestic violence issue and  Meyer's wife is a state employee so there are potentially Title IX ramifications as well.

OSU has an out. There's no evidence that he was told about this. The victim told his wife in those texts, not Urban. Now, does any reasonable person believe that Urban's wife didn't tell him about this? Especially the asshole's past in 2009? No, but that's what he can maintain. 

He SHOULD be fired, but I still think I'd bet on him staying versus leaving at this point. 

Also, what a fucking idiot. Why on earth be so definitive about not knowing? Just say, you know, I can't recall if I was ever told any specifics about what was going on in their marriage. I knew it was rocky, I knew there was a past issue and I thought they had moved past it.
