What makes you think the leadoff spot is effecting? It’s not like we’re trying to complete this year so I doubt he is pressing and his approach looks basically looks the same as last year to me. The kid simply needs to move through the next stage of development and getting the most at-bats possible is what will help there.

I'm not sure it is. I said if he continues to struggle it might help to move him down in the order for a while. Some players are affected by their batting position especially the leadoff and cleanup positions. Regardless if this year means anything, young players will still be trying to improve their game and will press if they struggle.

They already moved Anderson up and Delmonico down in the lineup.

I did not know that.

Delmonico and L. Garcia are not outfielders, they are liabilities right now at that position. They are infielders or in Delmonico's case, a DH.

In Garcia's case, the numbers say you are wrong.

One play does not a season make. Let’s not make it out to be bigger than Tony Graffanino in the 2005 AL Divisional Series.

If you're not paying attention why are you criticizing, Greg?

Leury is our best defensive outfielder.

I’d take Engel’s glove over Leury’s without question, although Engel’s arm is pretty weak.

Yeah, Engel's lack of an arm is what makes Leury more valuable by a lot of metrics. That's what I was getting at
