Or they just want a good baseball manager and not a reality-type TV star with the accompanying drama.

They'd never hire Oz anyway. His Miami controversial statements prevented anybody from hiring him ever again. He hasn't even gotten a job as a bench coach yet since Miami. Sox are his only hope of employment, maybe as a community ambassador or minor league instructor and that's a "maybe."

Ozzie had no desire to stifle. He seemed to enjoy stirring the pot with his comments in the media. He discovered nobody is irreplaceable. No team in this day and age of PC cld afford to hire the man again.

Why not hire a manager in clownface who flips a coin before making any decision. It will be interesting.
