Anderson may never be a great fielder and he may never post a .330 OBP, but he is so exciting. He brings an energy to the team. Him and Kopech's "swag" if you will is going to be so fun to watch.

I'd probably be ok with that. At this point, they're both interesting/good enough hitters to warrant another full season of ABs in my eyes. Delmonico could also spell Abreu at 1B on occasion, I suppose.

I think with Eloy coming soon, Palka is actually a better counterbalance in the line up with a strong lefty bat for the bench.  Delmonico doesn't really offer anything that stands out the way that Palka's power does.  It would be different if Nicky could cover defensively better or something like that.

Still pretty cheap. And a rebuilding team with a low payroll could certainly afford him. His salary won't increase a ton.

Avi, Palka and Delmonico can rotate between RF and DH next season. (Eloy plays RF on days Avi sits)

I feel like Davidson will be back too though, and if they keep all 3 they'll probably need a 6 man bullpen, which is rare these days
