Saw Swihart avoided arbitration with the Red Sox. I kinda feel bad for that dude's career. They kept switching his position, he demanded trades, Red Sox always put a high price on him. Definitely a guy who should have been a change of scenery type of guy to like Tampa or Pittsburg a long time ago.
