June 20, 20196 yr Odds of this type of arraignment actually happening is like 1%. MLBPA will have major issues. The city of St Petersburg has to agree to this and that is unlikely. Sounds like a power move by Rays to force St Pete and Tampa’s hand. The two cities/counties leaders have been bickering a lot lately and there was some words said yesterday. And today this comes out.

I was pretty young at the time, but I think this has to do with the fact that everyone knew Loria was going to gut them and move them and they were pissed. Montreal was a fun baseball town back in the day
