Stone on Front Office involvement

This should be obvious to fans. However, I'm not sure Ricky and Kenny are doing the in game stuff.

Hmmmm, I believe there has been a poster here trying to explain this and being called a shill for Renteria over and over again. Oh wait... that was me.

It all makes sense now. You are a Rick Hahn shill first and foremost. If Rick Hahn was calling the shots on the field, it means you have been shilling for your guy Rick Hahn this whole time.

The Sox are keeping Ricky and they want Stone to stop railing them.

Stone has never been known for rolling over for the FO.

What's inaccurate about what he said? That's not rolling over. that's telling the truth. How long were the cubs and Astros in their rebuild before winning? A true rebuild takes time.

In today's climate, Stone has probably already rocked the boat a bit with a few of his tweets. Announcers are complete house-men for most teams. Doesn't matter. I love Stone and he's playing with house money. He has enough money to retire 10 times over. He has no kids so he's probably not paying much in alimony anymore. He can say whatever he wants as if he gets fired who cares?

I never thought of that, but it makes sense the analysts and GM are making lineups. I wonder if they are making the in game calls as well. I think the pitching coach should make all the calls regarding in game decisions and the manager should be told organizational philosophy about bunting, and whether to use an opener, etc. The manager is responsible for a good clubhouse.

He's been an apologist for them for a while. He's been slamming Ricky for about a week, and now he is saying it's not Ricky. Something is fishy.

I dont think he has been an apologist for the FO.

My issues with Ricky never had anything to do with the White Sox losing record. The White Sox winning would also do nothing to prove Ricky is a good manager. Bad managers can't make good teams bad, and good managers can't make bad teams good.
