  • They’re just very average since the ASB. Not much about this team screams that it’s a title contender.

  • It really feels like this team just shows up for 1 game in a series. After a win they kind of just stop trying like their job is done.

  • Cause somebody was on base.

Sorry, this turf is ugly.  Ballpark at Arlington was one of the most picturesque parks around.  I feel like an old man but WTF?    The park was, what, 25 years old?

Yeah I was telling my wife yesterday how the park just looked weird to me. It doesn't feel like a baseball stadium because of the turf. Globe Life Park was a beautiful park. I thought I was in a giant space ship yesterday.

Ground ball city.  Gotta love it.

This team needs a kick in the ass badly. Every time there's a guy on base, it's a guaranteed ground ball.

Yoan always raising issues maybe he has sore legs.

They need to get some pressure from Cleveland.

The only thing of consequence beyond continuing rest today is Lucas' performance. Can he get his command back and go 90ish pitches.

I mean if they lose today, they'll be exactly .500 since the ASB.

If I was Tony ten push-ups and ten laps around the park.

Lucas unhittable.

I feel like at least SkyDome and the Trop are defensible as being ballparks very much of their time.  This is just bad.  Sorry it's just every time there is a groundball and I see the turf I want to throw something.

Leury didn't run that hard out of the box.

Should have been another double play. Good God. Can anyone on this team hit the ball in the air?

Guy gets on and a grounder takes place

Wow this team is doing just about everything wrong.

More lack of fundamentals by Tony's team.

Sheets is a horrible base runner

Sheets has sneaky speed.   Could be a 15-20 steal guy

Ground ball… Ground ball… Ground ball…

No, not with RISP.

Lead off walk, and then 4 pitches and 3 grounders later, inning over

This is what happens when you take your foot off the gas

Leury hit his ball hard, but on the ground and right at someone. This team just cannot elevate the ball at all.

Now a leadoff double for Texas. Hahaha
