Katz? Yes or No?

Katz is the best coach on the staff look at how the arms have developed under him. And how guys in the pen have been rock solid.

The real question is why can’t the PD staff under Getz, emulate his success with developing pitchers, system wide. Developing pitchers is probably the Sox weak point right now in the farm system.

With Cease's development and Kopech's and a couple of others, at least you can say Katz at least could be responsible for some improved performance. Who else can you  say that about  with the White Sox?

this is a great post, was going to say exactly this. Biggest problem is whether they believe they are or are actually not, they are not implementing a pitching system. Like so much of the white sox, they have a bunch of guys, they let them all do their own thing. It's great when they are successful, a lot of them are failures, but the org is never moving in one direction.

Hell yes on Katz.  Everyone else should go.
