And That's a White Sox Sweep !!

Ramirez and Naylor are back in Cleveland's already very good line-up and those two guys kill Sox pitching.

It will be tough to take that series in Cleveland. Also, Sox aren't at full strength yet.

Exactly...and that would be among the worst possible scenarios. Plus more arrogance from Rick and company about how they "told all of us."

It's really possible some team will win this division and make the playoffs WITH A LOSING REGULAR SEASON RECORD. It would be the butt of jokes for a very long time especially when said team got hammered in the playoffs. Honestly in that situation I would hope the Sox wouldn't "win" anything.

That would be funny though. If Sox can somehow get to .500 I'd suspect Sox would win the division.

Check again.  They were a very potent offense last year because of hitting with RISP (especially at home) and having one of the best... certainly most aggressive teams in terms of base running.  Then their speed/range/fielding and bullpen.

Pretty much every single player other than Straw is worse than 2022.

Naylor Gimenez Gonzalez and Rosario nothing like their 2022 versions.  Kwan in worse too.

Josh Bell hasn't given them the power bat they needed so desperately, and rookies like Arias Brennan Rocchio and Freemam simply aren't ready yet.

2011 (83-79) Cards or whatever it was won the WS...at most they had 84-85 wins.

Or 19-31 Nationals in more recent years.

There was a Peavy-led Padres team that made it at barely over .500 as well.

Cleve just got swept and they have three pitchers out. Future C Bo Naylor was up for the Sunday dh. Sox need to step up. Love to watch Ramirez.

1973 Mets (but they had very good pitching)
