On most suicide squeezes the runner on 3rd is practically stealing home and usually gets home like a second after the ball is bunted. The run would've scored and the way the cards were playing defense they might've thrown home and not got the out there nor the out at 1st with the catcher trying to apply a tag. It wasn't a force at home situation.
