October 13, 20232 yr #WhiteSox announce coaching staff changes: pic.twitter.com/9ktAkzEyW0 — Chicago White Sox (@whitesox) October 13, 2023 So yes, as previously reported, Jose Castro and Daryl Boston are out. But Hasler and Chris Johnson are just being cycled back into the PD staff. Unless some major moves start happening with the new farm director this just looks like the same shuffling of positions we always get. But glad dbo is out.

I do find it interesting that they included in the release that CJ & Hasler have been "offered" positions in PD. Obviously no guarantee that they accept, but seems like they're still deciding if they want the roles or can find better gigs elsewhere. I don't recall seeing something like that in a Sox press release before. Edited October 14, 20232 yr by Sleepy Harold
October 14, 20232 yr why would you put in a press release that two guys were offered lower positions than they originally had lmao that's such a white sox thing to do, you cant help but laugh
October 15, 20232 yr Have the Hahn footmen Jeremy Haber and Nick "Steele" Hostetler been sent on their way?
