November 9, 200322 yr Is Steve Sparks still in the bigs? He's not all that bad ....... Yep, long reliever on Tigers. Fell out of the rotation IIFC. I saw him pitch last year at one of the games I went to, I would take him for the minimum, sign him to a minor league deal, I would never trade for him.
