At this point, there really is no reason to want the Sox to lose unless you somehow are going to make some money on them being as godawful as possible. . The organization isn't going to be embarrassed, at least enough to make significant changes. They won't gain draft position. The 10th pick is probably already clinched. Might as well win occasionally and be a little entertaining.

Just want guys to play well enough to get traded honestly. If that ends up leading to some more wins, not a terrible thing. As you said: 10th pick is a lock.
