On the other hand, per my reading of the  prospect reviews, it appears that we'll have 5+ additional starting pitching prospects ready to go by 2026 (including a couple on the "just-missed" list).

The Sox are still mighty light on position player prospects, so they've got to be open, if not aggressive, in pursuit of positional acquisitions.  Dealing from depth may be the way to go.

 He went to Wabash Valley JC . 3rd rd. pick.

There was no reason as far as I know not to invite him to ST . Hoping it's not something I don't know like a sore arm. Guy who pitched as well as he did needs to know the big club thinks he important .
