I wouldn't call it public, but he met with the chair of the FCC yesterday. So he's at least still meeting/discussing things privately.

He does look pretty good if he really is 90.

I wonder if he sits in a corner with a blanket over his lap and someone comes in and tells him “Jerry you own the White Sox” and he thinks it’s great that he employs Nellie Fox and Wilbur Wood.  I have not met too many 90 year olds (there are exceptions of course) that were still with it and none that could run a business let alone a large business.

For him it's all about power which increases arrogance.

Kudos to Brett for representing the fans and calling out Getz's arrogance.  I have been saying this since the time he did the podcast with Kaplan and Mcguffy.  He was pompous and arrogant about his supposed plan after having the worst record in baseball.

I think in his case it's more to do with ignorance.

But last year's offseason he says, "I didn't like our team".

Glad to see someone place some blame on him for the Grifol hiring.  I don't think Kenny and Hahn really cared when JR overruled their hire.

of course Grifol was going to fix problems he saw while in an opposing dugout of a 100 loss team

This organization is a cancer

He does talk about the 1955 Dodgers an awful lot.

You should see some of the Dodger stuff he has in his office.

Hahn not being able to hire Hinch before 2021 was essentially the neutering of his power...and has more or less directly led to the 2023-24-25 seasons, along with the dumping of fan favorite Burger instead of Anderson.

This is a pretty solid point.

Remember Hahn’s face when he had to announce the new manager that had none of the attributes he had described in his previous press conference?  Haha…
