Rest Benintendi, never play Taylor again (he's fine but pointless), get Fletcher and Julks back up here. Sure, Fletcher, DeLoach, and Robertson could all suck, but why did you acquire them to barely give them at bats over the course of two losing seasons when a guy like MAT is still getting starts? It would have been sweet but the timing would have never worked out with cheapskate Jerry. Crochet is the only guy they would have paid for this year. Giolito is at $19 million and Rodon is at $27 million for the season. Crochet is only at $3.8 million for this season but his salary is about to jump to $24 million starting next season on his new extension and it increases from there.
