DJ on Sox future...

Three years is a long time to enter contention. Geez.

Watching the playoffs and series it reiterates the idea of a good bullpen now are guys that throw blazing fastballs that hitters foul off then finally whiff on (or the rare offspeed pitch). Do the Sox have a plethora of minor league young arms right now that fit that bill?

Anyhow saying 3 years is suggesting we stink and will stink.

I wonder if there would be anyone around to care in three years.  IF they were good in three years.  The odds are still against them competing in three years, but IF they do will anybody care?

  • As much as I like DJ it is impossible to expect honesty from a man in his position. He has been a broadcaster for the Sox for 17 years. He played for them. He travels with the team. His paychecks come

  • Yawn 🥱 another 100 losses

  • They won’t even go .500 in meaningless Spring Training games.

The Bulls would be a good test of this. They are 4-0. Are people freaking out in joy? Bulls have stunk a long time. See if they start dominating headlines like OKC did.

We'll know more about the Bulls in their next six games. Two vs. New York, plus Milwaukee, Cleveland, Philadelphia and San Antonio.

I can't even name one Bull. Why are we good suddently? What's the starting lineup?

Four games does not a season make.

My friend who follows the NBA closely says they have opened with a few doormats.  The next handful of games will apparently be a better test.

Quick glance at the roster all I recognize is Vooch, Dosunmu, WIlliams, and White. Haven't watched in a few years though
