Angels radio available

Angels radio taking about how Fedde was in Korea last year...must have read an article from his first stint here without checking the date.

Easy 1-2-3 for Kay, who continues to have more velo than I expected.

1,2,3 1st for Kay .4 seamer 95-97.

Also throwing sinker, slider, sweeper, changeup acvording to gameday.

10 pitches 7 strikes.

Hays HR scores Meidroth (BB) and Colson (1B), Sox 3-0

Hays 3 run HR  ! Meidroth walk, Colson single.

Another 3u/3d for Kay. It's weird, they keep emphasizing that he's "not a hard thrower at all" but he's comfortably sitting 96+

Like it's not triple digits, but it's also not "soft tossing lefty" stuff.

He said in an interview that he can do that for shorter outings. Not when he is planning on full starts.

1, 2,3 2nd for Kay .8 pitches 6 for strikes. 1K. Change up and sinker particularly effective.

Yeah, I'm curious to see how it holds up as he gets stretched out. So far so good, held it though 3 innings his last outing.

Korey Lee having a nice hitting spring  , had a double but did not score.

Kay finally gives up a baserunner, but no damage. Last FB he threw was 95.8.

Colson HR on the first pitch of his second AB, 4-0 Sox.

Hays was a good pickup so far. Been hitting well since the first game.

Hays single, Pereira K, Hays out at 2nd on catchers interference. Wade Line out to 1st.

Damn, have a game Hays

Kay 4 innings, 1 ER (solo shot to Adell). 4K, 0 BB, 3 hits. Was still 95-96 in his last inning, though his efficiency kept the pitch count <50.

Hays is a triple shy of the cycle

Might be the end of Alberto...

Colson & Hayes have the HR lead now with their 3rd HR of the spring . They were tied with 4 others.

Antonacci also has 3 but 1 was in the WBC.

Korey Lee has had some good ABs this spring. Hasnt struck much either.
