A First for 2026 White Sox

Featured Replies

This is the first time all year that it hurts to be a White Sox fan.

Even harder knowing we came into Detroit with them on the ropes and we left town giving them new life.

Ouch.

Turns out the “tough stretch” wasn’t our most trying time in the first half.

I'm not really feeling it. Sox had terrible pitching matchups in the first two games. Each game ended up being not far from a coin flip. And it helps that this year's team has made it clear that a loss today doesn't mean anything about how tomorrow will go. Plus, soon it will be Teel day.

I guess another punch in the gut for me was the way the lost the last two. Both of those games the Tigers didn’t win, we lost. Arguably that was true for all three games.

Sure hope you’re right and they return to form. We really can’t have Teel and Mune back soon enough.

The first couple few weeks were the first time, if any. Even then, not much was reasonably expected in the first place. Again, the guy on MLB TV that angered a few people for not buying the White Sox wasn’t wrong to be wary of the run differential, and team ERA. Everyone could stand to calm down, and be a little more sober about all this. Its early.
