Chase is building a case for permanent second base

Best 2nd baseman in the AL. Don't know a team in the AL that has a better infield outfield spine than us. Especially defensively.

Chase is a treasure.

I love the White Sox versatility with the infield gloves. Chase/Acuna can handle SS, Sam fills in at 2nd and is top notch, Colson moves to 3rd and locks it down, Vargas mans 1st.

Number 10 is number one at 2nd.

the top minds over at Soxtalk thought he should've been benched in favor of...junior perez maybe?

Vacuum cleaner on ground balls and range on popups with the best.

Some of the same top minds wanted Hagen Smith sent back down after throwing five pitches.

He made two plays in the twins finale that I'd say were 20% or less to be made, he's really impressing and finishing strong. Even if he's just a 700 OPS guy with his glove he's a 3 WAR player.

There’s no doubt that if need be, Meidroth would be an outstanding shortstop also.
