  1. He reminds me of Matt Thornton. 100 mph, but straight.
  2. 2out of 3 in Oakland...oops Sacramento. We'll take it and forget about the middle game. That ballpark sure looked full for 12,000 people.
  3. On the other side of that ,it seems players are better once they leave and play for other teams. Players coming in get worse. Players leaving get better. It seems to happen too often to just be coincidental.
  4. The most positive thing I can say is................Nevermind there isn't anything positive.
  5. This s%*# show the Sox are putting on the field just keeps getting stinkier. Announced attendance 10,193. 7 of the 8 batters in the starting lineup hitting under.200---yes under.200! And the beat goes on.
  6. Benintendi is leading off tonight.
  7. Simply should have got more for him. It was him or Mead. I don'tmind that they are both gone, but what was the return. Robert, Mead and Sosa, for what in return?
  8. As a true White Sox fan he is used to speaking up for the down trodden disadvantaged!
  9. We just gave him away? 18 years old, as of now has never played professional baseball? Sosa had over 70 rbi and 20 homers. We just gave him away? What the f***??
  10. As Sox fans we have every right to be digusted. Advising anyone to become a Cub fan? NOPE!
  11. A split in KC is ok. Not just our Sox but most teams would take it.
  12. If our Sox can win the final game, its a split in KC. Many teams would take that. The Royals are tough. Keeping fingers crossed.
  13. Its been rough, no doubt. Only Dodger fans have won for last 2 years now. Granted it would be nicer to be competitive, but Jery can't last forever, can he? We wont win the world series this year but neither will 28 other teams. Don't come running back later. Quitters never win and winners never quit.
