He needs to pitch at some point, but I’d rather roll the dice on Sandlin in game #1. Also, the failure of the Castillo trade looms large here. It’s absolutely crazy that we have one reliable SP going into the playoffs. There is no one to blame but ourselves for that. I won’t dwell on it any further, but is super frustrating nonetheless.

Look at what KC did to Cleveland this weekend. Personally, I'd throw fedde but I also understand using fedde as a jack of all trade guy in your pen.

Plus let’s be honest, any Sox starter they use is gonna be new to the playoffs and nervous. Go with Sandlin.Well actually, Castillo has plenty of playoff experience and . . . .
