Maybe Jerry Reinsdorf can loan that used hockey stick to his buddy Bill Wirtz. The Slackhawks could then go with 3 forwards and no defensemen. Not a bad idea for either the fans or His Cheapness because a hockey stick just laying there will stop more opposing forwards than any of our current excuses for defensemen and Dollar Bill can save more money by giving all our current blue liners a pink slip.
