March 8, 200422 yr There were something like 420 penalty minutes handed out to the 2 teams during this slugfest. This game had it all. Cheap shots, line brawls, goalies fighting, "tough guys" running non-fighters, coaches yelling at each other & even Flyers GM Bobby Clarke got into the act calling Jacque Martin a "gutless puke". Priceless!!
March 8, 200422 yr Brian told me about the this. I LMAO about Lalime fighting. Maybe it'll light a fire under his ass. The Sens needed this fight fest. Hopefully it'll keep the fire under their collective asses alit.

March 8, 200422 yr s*** like this is bad for the game. People seem to love it, though.... I love how Buttman swears up and down that hockey fans dont want to see fights yet when one breaks out everybody is standing and screaming. They must be repulsed by that barbaric display of violence.
March 8, 200422 yr ya goalie fights are definetly the best. Roy v Vernon and Roy v Osgood back in the late 90's were the most awesome I ever saw. Those Av's, Wings games were intense back then and still are today.
