Orlando just missed the playoffs, had one ping pong ball and got the #1 the year they drafted Webber and traded him for PennyHardaway.

I think McCants will be a better scorer, not all around player, but a guy who can explode for the points, which is what the Bulls really need. They have no #1 scoring option.
