Felix has three pitches, or so it seems, that he can get over for strikes - change, fastball, and the slider.  If he could develop a two-seamer.....  damn.

 

What do you guys think of Felix so far?  To me, I haven't been blown away by his stuff, I was expecting better stuff, but I didn't think he could command the strikezone as well as he has been doing.  What do you guys think?

Exactly what we need from our fifth starter. Someone with several different pitches, all of which can be thrown for strikes. Danny wright couldn't locate pitches, or throw something besides a fastball.

Ever since that minor league rehab debacle Jose hasn't looked comfortable at the plate. He didn't look good at all down in Charlotte I might add. I really like Jose, but he needs some work with Walker to snap out of this funk. He is batting lefty against a lefty though.
