I think I was at that game but I can't remember 100%. All I can remember about the game is that Singleton hit a HR and they gave the fans towels. I had gone to the friday game of that series, a game the sox won. It appeared as if we might sweep the cubs that year after winning the first four games. June 27th or July 4th? 4th of July game at the Deadly Confines this year has been changed to an ESPN Sunday Night game. Not bad, since most people have the next day off. It will be lunatic central with all the distraught Cub fans if the Sox win the series.. and God for bid.. sweep them! That's one game I'd stay home to watch at any cost. With all the tension on that side of town this yr, they shouldn't have changed it to a night game and just put the game on Fox in the afternoon. I could see the city of Chicago getting a big black eye on national tv that weekend. I hope I'm wrong, but I got a bad feeling about that series being up there this yr on a holiday weekend.
