July 27, 200421 yr Another hitter would be good and all, but if this team would just come through when we need to we would be fine. I can't even fathom how many times we have had rally killers from DP balls lately. We get two guys on and nobody out and then hit a DP every damn time. PK is doing good hitting solo hr's, but he's also hitting into DP's almost every chance. Everyone has to step up better.

I doubt he hits like this the rest of the year, JMHO. No one is going to replace Thomas' OPS/OBP, the best you can do is slightly try to fill it - that's Carl's job.

Bloody hell... Hmm, when did I become English? anyways, we got to get a bat..oh, and another starter..and a 'nother bullpen guy...Jackson is very sub-par..................or he f***ing s***s suckiness Whatever way yo wanna put it.. Jk I don't think anybody thought that Everett would be the "answer", rather that he was going to help, which he will. I don't think anybody is planning on him carry the offense.

I mean, it’s not right to give up on your team at this point of the season, but you do have the right to get frustrated at times like these. If this team were to win 10 games in a roll they’d probably lose 10 in a roll after that. And that isn't right at all.
