I won't say they'll win it, but they will start fighting back... again, these guys are pressing too hard. They need to just go play some baseball and get the monkey off the back.

August 1, 200421 yr I'm still in. I'm always going to be a Sox fan, I don't care if they lose all 162. I still think they'll get back in it. We still have a decent rotation, which I think got a little better with Contreras(I have faith, mainly because he has much better stuff than Loaiza). I just hope the bats wake up a bit, I'm not sure how much faith I have in the current lineup(especially if Everett's injury is worse than we think). I gotta imagine we're going to lose every 1 run game for the rest of the year.

I'm hoping for some f***ing exciting and meaningful games. It has nearly got me to giggles thinking about actually going to the park, but I hope the club is going to be hot.
August 1, 200421 yr It's hard for me to believe a team with this type of talent "Yes, even without Frank and Maggs" doesn't go on atleast one big run during the season. I mean think of it. Even when we were playing well we never went on a big time 7, 8, or 9 game winning streak. I still think will sneak one in before the season is over. I just hope when we do, it's not too late.

They've kept us in every game of this losing streak....It's the offense that's hurting us right now.... Pretty crazy to think that the offense would be the team's biggest weakness at this point of the season....
