October 15, 200421 yr I will be more optimistic after the winter meetings and the Sox make a few moves. Right now the Sox have some key guys to build around but need more obviously. Couldn't agree with ya more. But knowing the sox are major move will be trading for Shawn Chacon or Signing Dave Roberts or SOmething. Then we will hear the tight budget bulls*** again

He's awesome, and had it not been for pitching at the b**** of a field called The Cell, he'd be a Cy Young candidate - easy. Buehrle really impressed me this year.

October 16, 200421 yr It'll be interesting to see what type of long term deal A-Row will get if he is indeed locked up long - term. Could be a Carlos Lee type of deal, perhaps a bit cheaper. A - Row would probably use that type of contract, and Mark Kotsay's as his negotiation.
