New England.  A rainy, cold, slop of a field...the edge has gotta go to the Pats.

SATURDAY:

Mostly sunny in the morning...then becoming partly cloudy. Much colder with highs in the mid 30s. Northwest winds around 5 mph.

SATURDAY NIGHT:

Partly cloudy. Lows around 20. Northwest winds 5 to 10 mph.

SUNDAY:

Partly cloudy. Highs around 30. North winds 5 to 10 mph.

SUNDAY NIGHT:

Mostly cloudy. A chance of flurries in the evening... then snow showers likely after midnight. Light snow accumulations possible. Lows around 20.

No rain or slop seems imminent. Indy can handle 30 degrees. I think this is their time.

i like indy, true he is yet to prove himself but if you look at the previous game these two played against each other (in new england) peyton manning had a red zone interception and edge had a costly fumble, yet the colts came within a 1in10 miss feild goal by mikey V, they way i look at it is that the colts hung with NE first game of the year even with turnovers, and a pretty questionable defense, but now with peyton manning fireing on all cylinders and indy's defense helping to with the turnover battle, plus the demised secondary of new england, i feel indy can put a win out of a close game.

I love how everyone is forgetting the fact that New England's backup corners are just as good as Indy's starting corners.

Problem is NE's corners aren't defending Indy's corners. Indy's corners could never defend Indy's offense/receivers, so I am not sure how your point is pro-New England?

Yeah, but so what.  Does this mean that guys like Trent Dilfer, Mark Rypien, Brad Johnson, Jeff Hostetler, Doug Williams, and Jim McMahon are better than Manning?

It takes a team.

Wouldn't you agree with me that Payton Manning basically IS their team? The wide outs are talented, but they rely directly on Manning.

He HAS a team. What he doesn't have in his career, college or pro, is a championship. And his ridiculous contract isn't gonna help them build a better team.

The Colts have more talent on offense than anyone in the league...that's where all of their money is invested.

They have one impact player on defense...that's it.

They have a legendary kicker and a very good punter, but they don't have enough DB or LB depth to have good special teams coverage.

They have some serious holes, and that is not Manning's fault. If he loses, it's because of those holes.
