Why doesn't Wills know that Colbert signed on with a japanese team?

I didn't realize that Colbert had inked a contract already... Do you have a link to verify this?

Colbert?

Colbert?

Jolbert cabrera.

AJ perz..is the twins? That made no sense. That and that he waent to teams that had winning seasons...Twins and Giants, did it w/o him..

That was one of the dumbest comments so far

I am beginning to figure this oput, there are just as many whitesox fans who are stupid as cub fans. These questions suck.

The comment that comes to mind is, "No s***, Sherlock".

You are correct ... lots of dopey Sox fans out there. Reading back on a few threads, Levine has had an embarassing week. Dave Wills ... whatever.

"I don't know who else the Whitesox are targeting right now" is a s*** hole answer from Wills.

Agree. Wills might be told to clam up, but I think he should be a little more tuned in to what's going on. Maybe a little less kibbitzing with the Dodge Midlothian people, and pay more attention to the baseball world.

Edit: Maybe this is why he plugs WSI all the time, like he did this morning. I rarely see him criticized over there. I've yet to hear him mention SoxTalk.

Is there any national media there, or just local? I thought I saw Peter Gammons in a pic, but not sure.

Does Wills completely check out of baseball life in the winter?

Well, he stays VERY busy trying to fit his HEEEYOOOOOOJ melon on the TV screen doing the Comcast high school sports show...

The most interesting bit of info from his interviews was something Jamie Burke said.

Asked what role the Sox told him he might have, Burke stated he'd likely be playing a lot more 3B and 1B, and outfield. He said he hopes to have a strong spring so he'd make the team.

Holy cripes ... I'm listening to the broadcast now, and Wills has one of the owners of the Chicago Bandits softball team on. Good gosh, they can't talk about the White Sox? I know the Bandits are a corporate partner, but c'mon ... this is SoxFest.

Local, there is no reason for gammons to be there.

Holy s*** this lady on now is dramatic.

I caught a small part of this. Did Garland say that in his opinion his development is AHEAD of schedule?

I didn't catch that, but did have a little fun on Sunday when they replayed the Reinsdorf interview from Friday nite.

One particular "Notice Me! Notice Me!" individual who likes to hear himself talk commented how "lots of Sox fans think the Lee trade was a salary dump" and "how do you (Reinsdorf) feel that lots of fans think that way?".

Levine, despite having a bad week last week, promptly b****slapped this guy by saying, "how about just saying what YOU think instead of trying to speak for other people?". LOL, a classic.

My guess is this individual has tried to speak for "lots of Sox fans" before and those taking the questions are a bit tired of his ranting.
