Marte, even though he has failed in what he was brought here to do.. CLOSE Olivo? (He was good in AA, did not do squat in the majors for us) Uribe(kid has one good year and everyone wants to throw him in HOF) Garcia, how is getting ass reemed a good deal,(I fail to see how losing Georgues george and ten grand as a good deal. )

If he did what all the fans wanted he'd have given up Ruffcorn and/or Baldwin. At the time no one knew they'd be as bad as they were but he didn't give up the highly regarded prospects to get Belcher. Bob
