Garland makes his fourth Cactus League appearance, but just his first start, Wednesday afternoon in Phoenix against the Brewers. Orlando 'El Duque' Hernandez gets the start in a 'B' game back in Tucson.

maybe adding the extra weight for lee gives him more of a power philosophy than an all round philosophy. Couldn't really hurt seeing how he plays for the Brewers, who aren't expected to do a whole lot.
