They usually cry... hell after some of the earlier rounds you see players cry. I think that is taking it pretty damn hard.

I find it funny how fans take it worse than the actual players.

 

I sure didn't see illini players screaming obscenitites.

The players looked more shocked than anything after the game. And the players usually don't get as mad because they had control over what happened, the fans don't. We just sit there in agony as the game goes down the tubes.

The Sox won 1 game of 162, the Illini lost their biggets game to date...

Please, I would take the money too.  The best thing he could do for HIMSELF would be to go pro and support his family IMO.  He gains nothing from staying in college another year.

 

He's on a free ride anyway? You're implying that his family is poor for some reason. Do you have any inside info?? Are they poor. Seriously, coming that close and knowing I have another year of eligibility left and that I could go one more year without living in a huge mansion or having that range rover, I wouldn't think twice. Unless my family was piss poor, I would stay. Maybe that's the competitive spirit in me.

It's not uncommon for them to have over 50% of their FG's 3 point attempts. That's how they always pissed me off.

Meh, not for me In all honesty if the sox lost game 7 of the world series after a great season I'd be crying me eyes out. I make that comparison cause I know for some of you the Illini are your number one team like the sox are for me. Like willie said some people live and die by there teams, I know I do with the sox and I know others do with this team.

This is the example of a team living and dying by a 3. For once, we didn't get the breaks. Though i still don't understand how either of those last 2 head threes didn't fall in. Without augustine we had NOTHING inside the paint. That cost us a championship. Wow....
