AJ chops into 2. 0 on, 2 out

Question for anyone: When's the last time we tried a hit-and-run? Against a sinkerballer like Saarloos, you have to know A.J. is likely to hit into a DP.

Widge flies out to right 3 down

Durazo flies out to pods

1 down

If we do win this game, which will be a miracle in my opinion, we will receive all the press on every sportcenter tonight, for those of you who care about National press.

Fly out to Pods.

2 down

Let's hold our breath with this makeshift infield.  Who knows maybe we'll see Greg "Nawton"  recalled.

Serious question. Does Norton play SS? If so, he might be a stop gap measure.

you guys hear that Widge is using an outfielders glove at 3B? Hilarious.

Swish pops up to Konerko inning over

We survived 2 innings. we can survive 7 more,

GO SOX!!!!!

I'm interested to see a dp attempt.

Never mind the PM. Nice to see you back.

LOL. My heart skipped a beat when I saw that pop up. I just got the mental picture of all of them running into each other 3 stooges style.

How badass would a catcher's mitt have been? :gosox3:

He may have with the Rockies. That's why I brought it up. Plus, he's a veteran.

Crede singles to right

Pods grounds into DP on a bulls*** call.

"Shortstop, Joe Crede!"

He was safe. Ozzie goes out to disagree.

Oh please. I saw enough of Norton at 3b with the White Sox. There has to be a better option at Charlotte.

Pods wasn't busting it out of box, which is the only reason it was close enough for the ump to call. I like Pods, but I notice he's not always running as hard as he should be on the bases. Hopefully it's just cause he's being cautious with the injury.

Willie grounds to second

after 2 and a half 1-0 sox

He was safe.  Ozzie goes out to disagree.

Holy s***, what is with these umps?

Not even close, clearly safe. He beat the relay by 1/2 step easily.

Gettin' awful tired of these bad calls.
