What do you expect, Dye is sick, a lefty is pitching (absence of AJ) and Lopez can play SS better than Willie.

 

Quite frankly, this is just about what I expected.

Aboz, I wasn't complaining cause like you said there's really not many options and this is about what I expected also, I'm just saying that todays lineup doesn't look good on paper, which in a lot of instances means absolutely nothing.

as for pauly, he's been one of our best guys since he came to this club, and he's only 28 guys... i love his presence and for the last few years he's really been a leader. i always wish him well and i hope he can stay on the south side after this year. i dont care if he's struggling now - i love pauly and he's done great things for this team. much better than hatteberg, minky or millar would

will hatteberg at 35 or any of the other possibilities do anywhere near .280 with 40 homers and 100 ribbies that pauly can do? not possible. Even at 29 he's got many more years ahead in which to shine s'more.

Rooney said Uribe is probably in need of another two days of rest and that he is not sure whether or not Ozuna is available.

 

Dye still has flu-like symptoms, so really our only bench player at this point is AJP.
