Nice performance by El Duque, very good pitching by Marte and Hermanson (who continues to shut down the offense) and clutch hitting by Timo Perez.

I am amazed, and I love watching this team. This is more fun than '83!

And also what happened in CF later in the game that Rooney and Farmio were pissed over?

 

I was at work today and got to listen to the game a bit but have no idea what happened.

I dont know about what rooney and farmer were pissed about but the home plate area was all jacked up. They had some slippery clay or something there and batters on both teams were falling and busting their ass all night long. Pretty comical really but I'm just glad nobody got hurt.

The batters box is made of hard clay. It got wet and they put quick dry on top of it. There was still some wetness and the quick dry became like pebbles on the wet clay so everyone was slipping.
