Buehrle will start the 7th inning. At 89 pitches, I'd almost guarantee it.

The bullpen is well rested so Politte, Marte, Hermy and/or Shingo can take over at any time in the game.

although who knows... with ozzie managing and buehrle still under 100 pitches... ugh i hope we dont see him next inning.

Big walk for Pods.

Take 2 son

scotty walks!

Trouble.

Leadoff man in Scott Podesdnik is aboard. He'll swipe a bag or two.

Wow, walking Pods on 4 straight pitches? He must be done. And he is.

Vizcaino has some nice stuff, but he isn't that good. Politte has emerged as the seventh-eighth *inning* guy over Luis, IMO.

Come on, Scotty. How about a SB?

Ozzie has to be careful with Vizcaino. He's not exactly a reliable reliever, as is evidence by his terrible season two years ago. It's nice to see his velocity starting to increase though, as he was throwing about 3 mph less than he was last year.

This is the exact type of situation where we have to use our ability to play smallball. Gotta produce a run here, and we have a good chance to do that with Pods getting a leadoff walk.

Ah the 1st pitch, pitchout. I love it.

Start em in a hole for nothing.

Uribe smashes a single into left, first and second.

Oh my God that was a SHOT. Just drilled.

1st and 2nd, no out

Two on, nobody out. Come on, Carl, you got a job to do. We need a FB to right field, preferably really deep.

I know Iguchi has been doing great this year, but I still think Uribe is perfect for the 2nd spot in the order. It's nice that we have the depth to plug guys in different parts of the order in case of injury or slump.

Dp two down.

Way to go RBI man.

f***

Terrible AB by Everett there.

pauly 'homer or bust' konerko

Everett is swinging hard than ever it seems like now, and he seems to be fouling off a lot of very hittable pitches. Everett always seemed like he hit better from the left side when he just tried to hit liners with a lot of backspin.

And we stll have the Big Hurt coming back. He will be hungry and ready to rock 'n roll. Everyhting he has been saying about his role and his return is very positive too.

cmon pauly...

2 on, NOBODY out and our big RBI men do jack s***
