I do too.  This is the risk of trying to break up the double play, you are just as likely to get hurt as the fielder.

You don't want to see anyone get hurt even the opposing guys. We forget sometimes that its just a game.

Now his legs are flailing around like a fish. Wow, it looks like he's in a world of pain. :pray

That does not look good for Zaun.  He took a direct blow from Lopez's knee.

:pray

Anyone hear if Adams is hitting here, or will there be a ph?

hey, Thanks.  I know it's not common to go with a non-baseball avatar, but I'm a film major (graduating in a week).  It truly is a great film by my favorite director.

I might sound like an idiot after this, but what movie is that from?

Does that really matter at this time? No.

Injuries bad. I hate seeing things like this. :(

If you are sounding like one than I guess I do too as I don't know either.

This is just....wow...I don't think i've ever seen a guy get carried off the field on a strecher

Wow his head wipped back far. Hopefully he didn't mess his vertebrae, something like that could paralyze you. Lets hope for the best.

I believe it's from Punch Drunk Love.

We all wish the best for Zaun. It was a simple question I asked to anyone who might be listening on the radio. Sorry if I sounded like an ass.

Man this is really not looking good. Hopefully he's alright and this is just mostly precautionary.

Just imagine how bad Lopez must feel....

This is officially a lot worse than I originally thought. WOW get better soon Greg. :o :pray

Especially since he's such a young guy. You never know how something like this will affect him.

air mask... imobilizing his head/neck ... my god

I hope this doesn't mess up Loped psyche (ie, he blames himself for this).

Hopefully Zaun is ok.

Then they all have to get back in the frame of mind to play for one more out . Got to be tough on all the players, but esp. the Jays.

I'm hoping this is all precautionary stuff. They're taking their time out there, so if it was life-threatening, he would have been on his way to the hospital by now.

looks like it caught him close to the temple... that s*** is scary... i hope to god he's ok

Whats sad is Zaun has always been one of my favorite non sox players... Never want to see this...

You just can't be certain. They have to stabilize before transport.
