May 22, 200520 yr AHHHHHHHHHHHH-HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!! Oh, THANK GOD my cousin and I decided not to go to the United Center for that s***!!!! Golota was falling around like a 4 AM drunk staggering out of the saloon!!!!
May 22, 200520 yr Wow, Brewster is an egomaniac... http://sports.espn.go.com/sports/boxing/ne...tory?id=2065788 "I studied Golota's fights. He keeps his hands up very high," Brewster said. "I knew Golota was made for me. You can't stay in front of Lamon Brewster."
May 22, 200520 yr Author QUOTE(Jabroni @ May 22, 2005 -> 06:53 AM) Wow, Brewster is an egomaniac... http://sports.espn.go.com/sports/boxing/ne...tory?id=2065788 He's an interesting guy. In the post-fight interview, he went from caring, introspective and generous to self-absorbed and egomaniacal quite a few times. He started off by offering condolences to Larry Merchant for the loss of a family member, then he starts up with this unwarranted Ali-style boasting. He hasn't really beaten anyone of consequence, but he kicked the s*** out of Golota. In a side note, who came into the ring to congratulate Brewster after the fight? Riddick Bowe! He was probably thanking Brewster for gaining revenge for Bowe's balls!!! ( For those who may not know, Bowe and Golota fought twice in the past - Bowe was the champ and Golota was winning both fights but got disqualified twice for CONSTANTLY punching Bowe in the nutsack! )
May 22, 200520 yr Yep, all those nut punches really screwed Golota's career. He became a joke for awhile after that.
May 22, 200520 yr Golota is a complete clown, whether he lives in my neighborhood or not. When watching him fight, you can't help but get the feeling he is all about the money. I have yet to watch a Golota fight in which he showed any form of heart or perseverence. If I would have gotten up for some snacks, I would have missed the fight. I'm really suprised all the Pols at the UC didn't tear that joint down. As a boxing enthusiast from the city of Chicago, I was really disappointed in him. Put a fork in him.

The only reason for anyone to rip up the UC would be storming the ticket windows to get their money back for that fraud Golota. If anything, at least that should be the last 150,000 bucks Golota ever receives ( I almost said "earns"...ooops.... ) from boxing.
May 22, 200520 yr Bahaha that was histerical. Down on your ass in 10 seconds? Falling through the ropes out of the ring?
May 22, 200520 yr Bahaha that was histerical. Down on your ass in 10 seconds? Falling through the ropes out of the ring? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> The falling through the ropes was pretty classic.
May 22, 200520 yr QUOTE(Jabroni @ May 22, 2005 -> 10:43 AM) The falling through the ropes was pretty classic. I'm not a boxing guy by any means but I saw that on Comcast last night and I started laughing my ass off. He looked so awkward and dumb.
May 22, 200520 yr I felt dumber after watching that on HBO yesterday. It was a waste of a minute. I actually had thought about purchasing tickets too...
May 23, 200520 yr One of my buddies is a season ticket holder for the, gulp, Blackhawks. He said that he was offered tickets for $200 each, looks like a good thing he didn't go.
