Rowand has also been less than exciting.

Like I said, he's sucked in this series. Before Anaheim, he was hitting .300 with a .600+ slugging for May.

 

Rowand is hitting .293 in May. That may be less than exciting, but it's not less than I'd expect from him.

 

The Angels have one of the best pitching staffs in the league. The Sox hitters will do fine in Texas.

It's broken, fix it!

Pitchers are throwing fastballs down the plate pretty much saying I dont think you are going to hit it to Crede and company.

if my math is correct there were 18 total runs scored by both teams this entire 4 game series. Neither team hit for s***. it was a well pitched series and to leave Anaheim with a split is just fine. On to texas, where 1 win assures them a .500 record on a difficult road trip. :gosox1:
