come on he is 8 and 2 and we have alot more games untell we hit the all stare break i think he can break 20 to be totaly serius i think 23 he will win this season :gosox3:

Guessing over 20 is pretty foolish imo. It just doesn't happen too often.

I'd say 17.

Prepare to pay up and lay down the Kool Aid

I think he'll be in the 18-20 range IF he goes back to pitching the way he did in his first 8 starts. I'd take the over if I got the right odds though.

^^^^^^

I'm thinking 17.

I love Jon as much as the next guy, but 20 wins is not gonna happen. Maybe for Mark in the future, but not Jon.

depends how this offense starts producing... right now he is 8-2 through 10 starts... that leaves him 24-25 more starts to get 12 wins which means he only has to win half of those games... can he do it, sure, will he do it... im thinking he gets 18 wins.

That's how i feel on this, I still don't think Garland has IT, whatever he needs to win the close ones or the big games. I think 17 is about as high as it will go, and if the offense doesnt get better we're looking at 15-16 wins with LOTS of no decisions... Hopefully I'm wrong :gosox1:

I wanted to vote for a third option an that was "maybe".

However, I think Jon can win 20 or more.

It'll be interesting. Being 8-2, if he can go 12-10 in his last starts, he can win 20.

Just curious, when did you make that bet? I'm guessing not before the season started. I'm thinking probably closer to 7-0 or 8-0.

I think he can do it.. but he is going to have to keep pitching as well as he has to do it, which I think he can do.. Its not that crazy an idea..
