First question of the postgame is about yesterday's game...  :headshake

Then one about how our starting pitching is a problem.

As fans, we do not know how to win.  :)

How about that moron ripping on Contreras? LOL!!!

Jeez -- I don't mind critical comments after a win, but you're reaching big time when you totally ignore the game the team JUST played.

Edit: Plus it's total bs. But at least bs about TODAY'S game.

This was a great all around win for the Sox. Just about everyone contributed to this win. And it was really nice to see the Sox pick up Freddy after a so-so outing.

:cheers

I turned the radio off.

That guy's question about the SPs was starting to make me feel dumber by just listening.

I mean, that dumbass could be posting here.

Nevin's mouth and the Pads celebrating last night's victory like it was the World Series makes this victory all that much sweeter. So like I said in chat, Stay classy you jerks. (well this is the PG-13 version, lol)

:cheers Here's to a successful roadtrip! :cheers

How were they celebrating? I always turn the game right off after a loss.

Just when you thought the postgame radio couldn't get worse here comes the host bragging on himself because he drives a Dodge Neon.

Fatboy Kruk is giving props to the Sox for winning the close games. He must have missed last night's game. :crying

:cheers Hee Seop Choi AKA Krayzee Twins Killa

I have to admit watching this team is great. They don't quit. They have heart and that is gonna take them a long way. Even watching A.J. today you could see him behind the plate trying to keep Freddy relaxed even when things were getting a bit hairy.

GO SOX 5 for 6 on the road. YES

Did anyone notice that everyone on the Padres looks the same. Klesko, Giles, Hernandez etc, they all have the same facial hair and the same build, weird.

Maybe we should trade for Choi to replace Konerko next season?

I don't know where else to post this, and it doesn't deserve its own thread, but I'm in a mood to rant...

I'm a graduate student in Geology. I'm at Caltech, and I've been in California for 2 years now. I've walked on at least 5 active faults while out here.

I haven't felt an earthquake my entire time here.

The White Sox have now felt more earthquakes than I have.

Wow.

That would make a better thread than a few things around here. :D

Re: the Pads on Saturday

The entire team ran out and they were jumping all over each other and piling on as if it were game 7 of the WS. A little over the top IMO.

I'm glad to see we came in and beat a first place NL team. We might have had a sweep if a certain someone had put ina pinch hitter for someone, but *AHEM* Nvm. I hated how many times this year we played a solid team and only managed a split. I like how this series went.

Well, we couldn't split this series even if we tried...it was a 3 game set.
